Shining Gold was born in 1948 and she was given toChuck while he was the pro at the Bloomfield Open Hunt Club,Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. At that time his vocation was huntersand jumpers and there wasn't room in his life for a palominoSaddlebred/Thoroughbred cross mare! She, of course, became aGrand Prix dressage horse and was the "beginning of itall"! She peacefully passed on at Shine-A-Bit Farm in 1 974.
